• Passport Bio-Data Page
• A clear copy of the applicant’s international passport bio-data page. The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended travel date.
• Job Letter
• An official employment letter, not older than three (3) months, indicating position, salary, and purpose of travel.
• Invitation or Company Letter
• A formal invitation letter from the host company or organization in Trinidad and Tobago, clearly stating the purpose and duration of the visit.
• Previous Entry/Extension Stamp (if applicable)
• A copy of the most recent entry or extension stamp to Trinidad and Tobago (for applicants who have previously travelled).
• Financial Statement
• Proof of financial capacity to cover travel expenses, such as a bank statement or sponsorship letter with supporting documents.

For Minors (Under 18 Years)

Additional documents must be submitted for minor applicants:
