TURKEY VISA REQUIREMENTS BY CATEGORY
BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Visa Application Form (issued at the submission centre)
- Two (2) photocopies of international passport data page
- International passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel date
- Old or expired passports, if any
- Residence permit (for non-Nigerians)
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs on a white background
- Flight and hotel reservations at least two (2) weeks from submission date (not more than one month)
- Invitation letter from the inviting company in Turkey (in Turkish language)
- Valid ID of the inviting person (Turkish residence permit or passport
- data page)
- Turkish mobile number of the invitee (starting with +905…)
- Introduction letter from your company or self-introduction letter (signed in ink)
- Company documents – Certificate of Incorporation (CAC), Tax Clearance Certificate, and List of Directors
- Sponsorship letter (if sponsored), duly notarized, with sponsor’s ID and six-month bank statement
- Six-month personal bank statement with live stamp and signature (no e-stamps)
- Birth certificate or declaration of age
- Publication of change of name (if applicable)
- Marriage certificate (for couples)
- Work or business ID card
- Proof of business activity (e.g., contracts, correspondence, or trade documents with Turkey or other countries)
- Company registration and publication details (if the inviting company is based in Turkey)
- Note:
- All corporate sponsorship letters must be signed by a company director,
- accompanied by CAC documents, list of directors, and the director’s
- valid ID. Sponsorships from abroad must be notarized in the sponsor’s
- country of residence.
